Every year, we find joy in the first signs of spring - birds chirping, frogs croaking, flowers blooming and more! In Big Idea Committee’s latest single, “Spring!,” Big Thinkers gather in search of all the signs of spring! Christine Petrini, Melissa Brun and Karl the Cello welcome the spring season with a sensory exploration of nature’s beauty! So, let’s sit under a tree, watching bugs - you and me! - and listen.

Curiosity, collaboration and creativity are at the heart of “Spring!” The song features all the sounds of spring created musically by Philadelphia musicians, Marybeth Kern on flute, and Kanako Omae Neale on a host of percussion instruments - from the glock to the triangle and more. “Spring!” encourages Big Thinkers to explore the wonders of nature — to feel the morning dew, hear the babbling brook and buzz like bumblebees. The song will be available on all music streaming platforms on March 18, 2022, just in time for the first day of spring!
